The breakdown of the bargain between Shkodra's "strongman" Behar Bajri and the hired killer from Sinaballaj, Nuredin Dumani, for the 1.2 million euro execution of Genci Tafilaj and Dorian Dulit, has moved the parties to another agreement.
Where this time not only the large amount of money would be at stake, but also the exchange of threats to be killed, by each side.
In file No. 9, which is known to the public as the "Metamorfoza" file, where 10 people are currently accused and 8 others are wanted, it is clearly shown the bargain made by the two well-known characters of the world of crime, for the murder of Dorian Duli and Talo Çela.
It is a bargain, where two people scheduled to be killed by each criminal group are exchanged head-to-head.
A part of this agreement, in the file "Metamorfoza" SPAK has also documented through the testimony of the accomplice and contract killer, Nuredin Dumani.
According to his confession in "Metamorfoza", at the moment when Behar asked Bajri for 1.2 million euros for the murder of Dorian Duli and Genc Tafilaj, Behari reacted by saying to Duman that: "...what do you say brother, I don't give 1,200,000 euros as if those who have died are taken from me...".
Due to this reaction, Dumani has shown on account of file no. 9, that Behar Bajri did not pay money to commit murder and starting from this situation, he has thrown the idea of another agreement, asking him to end this criminal work they did with light, head to head.
"...I would hit whoever "Bajrat" wanted, Dorian Duli, Lici and Tafili, while "Bajrat" would find me Talo Çela.
I made this request because I had information that the "Bajrats" were related to Suel Çela and Talo Çela was staying close to Suel.
Bajri agreed to do it in exchange and promised that they would find Talon, and they wanted me to kill Dorian Duli..." Nuredin Dumani said.
In addition, further in his confession on behalf of the "Metamorfoza" file, Dumani has shown that:
"...Behari also offered me money to do the murder, offering me 200,000 to do the murder, but I asked them to give the money to the boys, where by boys I was referring to Henrik Hoxha and Skerdi Tase.
Behari agreed to give 200 thousand euros. He didn't bring me the money, but we left it so that we would talk about everything in the "SkyEE" application.
At this time, Behari asked me almost every day what I was doing. I want to add that during the time I was talking with Behar Bajri, I communicated with Aleksandër Baho in the "SkyEW" application, I don't remember the code, but Sandri's nickname was "SA".
Aleksandër Baho told me that he would find Genc Tafili for me. Aleksandri informed me that Genc Tafili was driving a VE "Golf 7 R32", which was a fast car.
Having received this information from Alexander, I asked Behar to find me a powerful car and he offered me a "Mercedes Benz" 500 coupe, which I asked him to bring to Milot and told him to be ready and he brought it to me when I asked for it, for two or three days.
Aleksandër Baho, during this time, kept me with information about Dorian Dulin and Genc Tafili. The shot of Dorian Duli and Genc Tafili was never realized as Aleksandri did not confirm the day or time of their meeting.
Every time we talked, Behari was interested in what was going on. Behar sometimes told me that there were other groups, but they had given me as a job.
He even told them that he had nothing to do with Dorian Duli and Ibrahim Lici, but demanded that they be killed because they were involved in their affairs.
I want to specify, at one point of the communication in "SkyEW" between me and the user Behar Bajri, I suspected that the user is Behar Bajri from the writing and the way of communication.
I asked him who he was. The user replied that he was Behar's uncle's son. I don't remember the date...".
SPAK has now finalized the investigation and in a matter of days the "Metamorfoza" file will be sent to the special court for trial, disclosing 234 written evidence, including a series of witnesses, such as the former head of the municipality of Velipoja, Nikoll Marku, up to the statements of two judges from Shkodra, Besmir Struka and Sokol Shehu.
Among the names put under accusation, is the Head of the Kukes prosecutor's office, Xhevahir Lita, the Head of Operations in the State Police, Oltian Bistri, the gambling businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, and the head of the "Bajri" clan in Shkodër, Behar Bajri, Nuredin Dumani, former deputy director of Shkodër Police Ardrit Hasanbegaj, Astmer Bilali, Gjoka's driver, Edmond Preka, Nehat Fojleta and Sabjan Troshani./Ora News
