The Special Court has ordered the "Prison arrest" measure for Dritan Stoke, the Cadastre specialist, who was arrested for corruption during the election period in 2019.

According to SPAK, Stoka promised citizens, mainly from the Sauk area, legalization of housing in exchange for votes for the Socialist Party.

This court has changed the security measure for the former mayor of the new neighborhood in Sauk. Agim Osmani, making him from "Prison Arrest" to "House Arrest".

Even for Alqi Hajdini, the former Cadastre lawyer, the court changed the security measure from "House arrest" to "Compulsion to appear".

Meanwhile, Ylli Barut, who played the role of a realtor, was given the "Compulsion to appear" measure.
