The police of Shkodra are investigating the investigation track due to the duty, for the explosion that happened in the apartment of the judge of the court of Shkodra, Tonin Stërkaj.

During his testimony, Sterkaj said that he was with his wife in the apartment when he heard the explosion.

He went out to the balcony, but without knowing that the tritoli was placed on his door.

It was the neighbor who notified him and then realized that the explosives were placed in his apartment.  

For many years, Tonin Sterkaj has been a judge in the court of first instance in Shkodra, while for a period of two years he also worked as a judge in the Court of Appeal of Shkodra. He then returned as a judge to the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction.

It is learned that three people have been escorted who are suspected to have knowledge.
