A serious incident happened a few days ago in Saranda, where a 42-year-old man was threatened and raped by three people, arrested yesterday by the police.

Sources for "News24" informed that the authors Sinan Proda, 57 years old, former driver of SHIK Saranda, previously convicted for murder; Enrik Proda, 29 years old and Armando Hako, 40 years old, residents of Saranda, previously convicted for armed robbery; on Monday, September 12, around 10:30 p.m. they went masked and with guns to the "Sunset" restaurant bar in district no. 4 and shot 42-year-old E. Kushova with hard objects, while there were also customers in the bar others. Kushova was having dinner with her family when she was shot.

After the incident, the perpetrators quickly left in a "Ford" vehicle with Italian license plates. Yesterday, the police were able to handcuff the three suspected perpetrators, who are also suspected of other criminal offences. They are considered by the police as high-risk persons.

Armando Hako was previously convicted for armed robbery of a vehicle, an event that took place on August 5, 2013 in the village of Nivicë in Saranda, where in collaboration with Lulëzim Tabaku, they stole Thanas Munguli's car with a Kalashnikov for clearing accounts.

According to information from the police, Enrik Proda and Armando Hako took part in the rape of the 42-year-old. While Sinan Proda, Enriku's father, is accused of changing the license plate of the vehicle and hiding it. The event is suspected of disrupting negotiations between Proda Hakos and Kushova.

In 2010 in Tirana, Sinan Proda killed his neighbor in the "Community of Paris" named Dritan Selimi with a knife.
