Seismic tremors were recorded this afternoon in the south of the country.

According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center, the earthquake had a magnitude of 3.7 on the Richter scale with a depth of 2 km.

The epicenter of the earthquake was near Gjirokastra, near the village of Zhulat. Seismic tremors were recorded at 15:54.

So far there are no reports of damage.
