A physical clash was recorded this Monday afternoon in the former Blloku area in Tirana, where the protagonist was businessman Nadir Çausholli, owner of the pharmaceutical company "CFO Pharma". According to reports, the conflict occurred with the managers of the Sky Tower hotel.

Footage obtained by Vox News shows the moments of the clash, where Çausholli, wearing a white shirt, raises his hands, giving the impression that he wants to avoid escalating the situation. However, just a few seconds later he attempts to hit the person he is suspected of threatening. The situation has calmed down after the intervention of several other people present in the bar, while the businessman's companions remove him from the premises.

The cause of the conflict is suspected to have been a charger for the electric vehicles of the Green Taxi company, which was placed in the area by Çausholli, who recently owns the taxi company.

Meanwhile, following this conflict, it is learned that a criminal report has been filed against the businessman for the criminal offenses of "threat" and "destruction of property."

Meanwhile, one of the SKY TOWER shareholders has written a public letter regarding the incident, explaining in detail why the conflict occurred.

Today, on July 6, 2026, at 09:00, in front of Sky Tower, a group of strongmen, together with Nadir Çausholli, a person known as a businessman convicted of stealing pensioners' medicines, has violently and with threats placed a charging tower near Sky Tower, which completely damages the business of the Sky Tower multifunctional center.

3 years ago, Nadir Çausholli bought a taxi business and with the help of those who sold it to him, they placed this charging tower in front of our business without asking us and completely desecrating our business.

The main problem was turning the hotel into a central bathroom where taxi drivers performed their personal needs, dirtying the walls with their own dirt and stealing toilet paper.

Today, at 09:00, as mentioned above, the electric booth was violently installed, with threats to the lives of the company's executives, with the protection of the State Police.

The latter communicated to their superiors that this person was on leave, while they did not deal with our complaint.

The company's executives blamed a 6:30 a.m. conflict on March 2025, where taxi drivers were creating a noise by shouting below the hotel.

One of the company's superiors, who was faced with this concern, informed the Prime Minister of Albania, who assigned the task to Anuela Ristan. The latter not only failed to resolve this issue, but is pushing the conflicts further than they have been.

The following video footage will show violations committed by Green Taxi taxis, such as double parking, blocking traffic and pedestrian crossings on either side.

The video also shows the intimidation of superiors and premises by Nadir Causholli's strongmen, along with him, the latter desecrating our premises.

I don't want to prolong it any further, but I am appealing to all members of the public who have access to the footage we are accusing of, that if any self-justification occurs in these circumstances, the competent institutions are responsible for this.
