SPAK is successively cracking down on the illegal activity of fraudulent Call Centers , which through fraud schemes have trapped a large number of citizens from EU countries and beyond, taking money.
This money is then suspected of being laundered in sectors such as construction, tourism, and also invested in cryptocurrencies.
Earlier, Albanian authorities extradited Israeli-Canadian citizen Roy Garine to Germany, while the justice authorities in the country are now also verifying the network of his collaborators in Albania.
One of the people whose activity is being verified is Kevin Shytaj , who is described as the man who dealt with the administrative part and the organization of work in the service of Roy Garine in Albania.
Meanwhile, as Skyweb.al learns, justice authorities are also verifying the role of State Police representatives in protecting the activity of fraudulent Call Centers in our country, as well as influential figures in politics and administration.
A conversation between Kevin Shytaj and a person who worked for the group, identified as Henri Pasha, is what has sparked interest.
It concerns a communication dated December 22, 2025, where Shytaj writes to Pasha canceling a planned meeting between them.
"Please don't come today because I took a break, the state authorities informed us," Kevin Shytaj writes in the message.
The message has raised suspicions that it may be a conspiracy by elements within the State Police or state structures, as the period coincides with the time when several consecutive operations were carried out against Call Centers in Tirana.
These operations have been prompted by partner countries, including Italy, Germany and Austria, which have long sought to crack down on networks that defrauded their citizens through fake financial platforms.
At the moment, SPAK is following the money trail, the network of collaborators and possible connections with officials or employees of institutions suspected of having protected or exposed the activity of fraudulent Call Centers./ skyweb
