At the pharmacy I see a 14-year-old child taking three syringes. After he came out, I asked the pharmacist: -Does the child take drugs?
"I do not know," he told me.
I asked him again.
-What does the boy love syringes for?
"I do not know," he said, "why he loved them!"
I insisted, telling him that I was not asking him as a journalist, but I wanted him to tell me why he took them and whether others take them.
He told me yes!
-Take it.
He told me further, that they occasionally take them for drugs, but there are others who take both syringes and valium.
-Why ?, I asked.
-Because if they do not have drugs, they take valium with a syringe to help them fall asleep.
I felt an extraordinary sadness, I thought in what country I live, that children get valium to sleep because they have no grass. Do these children have dreams for life? Does anyone tell you about the lives of these people in this country ?! How short and beautiful is life?
