Prime Minister Edi Rama said that he has asked Justice Minister Ulsi Manja to forward to the leading bodies of the judiciary the complaints he has expressed about the recently mentioned judges.
“….Fueling the Mediterranean with temperatures in continuous historical overshoots that are sprouting from the hands of criminal minds, who unfortunately rarely find allies in the ranks of this country's judges.
While thousands of people in uniform pour their energies unstintingly into a dedication that goes to the point of selflessness, in a war of the sphilists with the fires. And thousands of hectares struggle from the mouth of the flames, some people whose names are unknown and whose faces are not recognized with zero human sensitivity, and zero moral integrity with a tuft, in air conditioning covered with the black veil of the judge, mock the sacrifices and trample on the interests of the country with all four feet, giving useless decisions not in defense of the republic, but in favor of the arsonists.
I have asked the Minister of Justice to forward the above cases to the governing bodies of the judiciary. They are not many, but enough to put our hands on our heads. We will leave no stone unturned in the legal bed of this republic to hold to public and institutional responsibility any prosecutor or judge who openly attacks the state and public interest in the process of arson, occupation or devouring of the public goods and assets of this country.
We will not spare any institutional support for prosecutors and judges who serve Albania's national mission in the EU, fighting corruption and organized crime and standing up for the public interest," Rama said.
