Former Navy Commander Artur Meçollari has come to the defense of former KLA fighter Dritan Goxhaj, who was "attacked" this Monday by Prime Minister Edi Rama, after the latter publicly labeled him as a spokesman for Iranian interests.

Through a reaction on social media, Meçollari rejected Rama's accusations against Goxhaj, emphasizing that he fought with weapons for Kosovo together with his father, while accusing the prime minister of initiatives that, according to him, have been to the detriment of Kosovo.

Meçollari's full reaction:

Edi Rama. He can't make Dritan Goxhaj dirty. He fought with weapons for Kosovo, together with his father.

And you have made the Open Balkans and a draft for the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities. Both against Kosovo. These are proven. 

I'm not talking about changing Kosovo's borders.

I disagree with Dritan about the war in Iran, but these are not political positions, but military analyses. 

You are manipulating Dritan Goxhaj's military analyses to smear him and avoid his resignation. Your resignation is non-negotiable.
