Prime Minister Edi Rama says that all those who build will be required to plant trees.

However, this mandatory measure will not be left to the discretion of the builders, but each of them will have to hand over the trees and for this purpose a public nursery will be created.

"Whoever builds more will plant more," said Rama.

" Monitoring the territory through technology, drones, cameras, GPS for construction and control of the implementation of building permits. It is required to install cameras on all construction sites and monitor the entire process in real time. Another measure is the creation of a green fund.

Construction entities must guarantee a certain amount of trees in relation to the construction area and the special rules will be determined by decision of the Council of Ministers. There is a plan that we have developed, we will create public nurseries in different parts of the territory, the entities will bring the trees.

"It won't be history, but I will plant trees and see you later. There will be a catalog, the parameters will be defined and the subjects will deliver the trees. Whoever builds more will plant more trees. All measures are in force," said Rama.
