Prime Minister Edi Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama also spoke about investments in the city of Shkodra, when asked by commentators who followed him online.

He said that they have encountered difficulties with this northern city entrance project, but they would transform it into one of the cities befitting and worthy of the country.

"While we have started with the entry of Shkodra, it is in process, we have had a procedure that was not easy and quick for technical reasons for the expropriations, everything is ready, the fantastic project, finally Shkodra will become a city as it deserves, because until now it has been hidden behind a catastrophic and unworthy entry for the city of Shkodra", said the Prime Minister.
