In Durrës, floods caused by bad weather have claimed the first victim.

54-year-old Astrit Hysenaj was found dead in a drainage canal near the former military unit, after reports of him leaving his apartment during heavy rainfall.

According to data provided by VoxNews , it is known that Hysenaj was an employee of the municipal services of the Durrës beach, he was on duty

The incident comes at a time when the situation in the former Këneta and Spitalla area remains alarming, with dozens of apartments still under water and residents forced to flee their homes, while authorities are investigating the full circumstances of the death.
