Klodian Braho holds his first meeting as head of the Special Prosecution Office with the entire body of prosecutors.
Braho's speech regarding the objectives he has for leading the institution was brief, where he informed the prosecutors that they should engage in providing opinions on the new Criminal Code, requested by the Ministry of Justice, and opinions on the relations that SPAK has with the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and other law enforcement institutions.
The new head of SPAK has also given messages regarding the progress of investigative processes in respecting deadlines.
All prosecutors were present, and the meeting lasted about 20 minutes.
Braho was elected as head of SPAK last month.
Braho succeeds Altin Dumani and will remain at the head of this institution for the next three years.
