The rector of the University of Medicine, Arben Gjata, said that he will continue the teaching process normally on Monday, distancing himself from the teachers' protest. He added that this university has no problem in terms of salary increase.

" The academic year begins on Monday by order of the Ministry of Education. There may also be lecturers who have rights to protest. We have not had any problems regarding salary increases. It would be good to increase, but the situation where the country is, the financial opportunity it is in, a compromise must be found.

Time will tell what you will do. It is a trade union movement. We will start the new academic year, with the delivery of white shirts as is done every year ," he said in Faxnews.
