The Tirana Prosecutor's Office ordered the immediate release of Ervis Alla, arrested on suspicion of placing a quantity of explosives at the entrance to an apartment in the Dajti area.
As reliable sources of Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha inform, the prosecution considered the detention of Alla, suspected of destroying property with explosives, illegal.
The Tirana Prosecution Office says that no direct or indirect evidence has been administered to the suspect to create suspicion that he placed the explosive in Jakup Memishaj's house.
It is added that the fact that the detainee had a conflict with the Memishaj family over a minibar, ordered by this family from the Alla family's furniture store, cannot be considered as evidence.
Referring to Nazmie Myftaraj's testimony, the police discovered that the Memishaj family had ordered a minibar from Tapiza, which they had paid for, but had not received, and for this purpose they had filed a police report.
Following this claim, the police appear to have detained Ervis Alla, who was reported not to have been found in the furniture store, and according to the prosecution, the fact that the location of this citizen was carried out in Kruja was not reflected, and that the police did not keep a service report to reflect the facts.
