Today's session in the Kosovo Assembly was accompanied by strong tensions.
Donika Gërvalla, MP for the Vetëvendosje Movement group and acting Minister of Justice, entered the plenary session hall to meet the diaspora as part of the annual activity that the Kosovo Assembly organizes for compatriots.
She has clashed with Democratic Party of Kosovo MPs Blerta Deliu, Eliza Hoxha and Ganimete Musliu.
They have continuously asked him to call the constitutive session of the assembly. "Call the session", "enough with the performances, call the session".
Gërvalla responded by asking them to come to a meeting to reach an agreement.
"Come to the meeting, why aren't you coming, why are you waiting," Gervalla said.
Meanwhile, PDK MP Artan Behrami told Gërvalla that he had filed a case against the KLA with the Special Court. "Don't lie," was Gërvalla's response.
At one point, Gërvalla was doused with water by MP Ganimete Musliu, while the clash was moved from Gërvalla to another Vetëvendosje MP, Ardian Gola. Gola was added with the same request, calling the session, by PDK.
The clash has also continued with Arbërie Nagavci, who in the previous legislature was the head of the Vetëvendosje parliamentary group.
For the moment, the Assembly's activities with the diaspora have been suspended, as clashes are continuing in the plenary session hall.
