The Tirana Court has acquitted Aurel Boriç and two former IMT officials, Aurel Çuko and Eleana Guçe.

Meanwhile, Shyqyri Maloku was sentenced to 9 months in prison for forgery, as well as Aleksandra Mahmutllari to 6 months, which according to the court is converted into "work in the public interest."

They were accused of suspected abuse of office in connection with the demolition of a building in Kombinat after the earthquake. 

According to the Court, the Prosecution failed to prove the charges against the suspects in this case.
