Political scientist Afrim Krasniqi has analyzed the subpoena that the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime/National Bureau of Investigation sent to a citizen as part of the investigations they are conducting regarding the "check-up" scandal.

Shocked by the format of the SPAK/BKH letter, Krasniqi has highlighted the shortcomings of this invitation letter. Starting from official elements, such as address, contact to spelling mistakes, which are worth mentioning as they are numerous.

"Good news that SPAK is investigating the "check-up" scandal, the health crime is not only corruption, but shocked by the SPAK/BKH letter format. It lacks the official elements, address & contact, protocol, ethics & respect for the citizen and there are many spelling mistakes!", writes Krasniqi.
