Tirana police have prosecuted the owners of three villas in a complex built in Farka, accusing them of construction without permission.

The police are careful to clarify that they have been carrying out works inside the villas they own, i.e. carrying out "reconstructions".

However, massive constructions, several stories high and with scaffolding can be seen.
