The criminal police of Elbasan have officially announced the search for Hajdar Bako, or as he is otherwise known in the city as "Dari i Dubai", as the latter must serve a sentence, decided by the Court of Appeal of Durrës.

In 2017, he was charged with wounding with a firearm. In this event, 16 pistol cartridges were seized and the aggressor himself was injured, suffering damage to his leg. Klevis Gjini and Emiljano Xhini were also wounded.

On June 8, 2022, the sole judge of the Durrës Appeal, Florian Kalaja, decided to overturn the decision of the judge of Elbasan, Taulant Tafa, through which the resumption of the probation service was requested.

But the prosecutor has claimed that the convict Hajdar Bako does not have the will to execute the alternative sentence since from 2017 to 2022 he stayed in Albania for only 11 months, so Judge Kalaja finds that in this case it was proven beyond any doubt that the convict avoided the legal obligation to execute the possibility of criminal rehabilitation.

Bako and his brothers, Ervini and Francis, were recently also mentioned in the testimony given in SPAK by Nuredin Dumani, who exposes as a financier, for the murder of Arjan Spahija in Belgium, the triple execution in Bradashesh and the plans to kill Erion Alibejn , reports OraNews.

Hajdar Bako is known in Elbasan with the surnames Çopja and Hysa. While together with his two brothers, Franc Bako alias Çopja and Ervin Bako alias Çopja, there are strong suspicions that they lead a criminal group whose activity is the trafficking of narcotics in several European countries.

Bako is called differently as "Dari of Elbasan", while he lives in Dubai, where his last visit to Albania was on February 6, 2021.
