The program "Stop" went to Elbasan for the problem of citizen Armando Kreka, whose license was taken away by a policeman on February 14, 2023 after a verbal argument.

"I stopped here because I had a service at this store. I saw a policeman coming from behind, but I didn't think it was towards me. As soon as I entered the shop, I heard him tell me to remove the engine. I told him 1 minute because I will leave directly. The mistake is thought to be here that I double parked. Ok, I admit it. He has been shouting that why do you talk to me like that, why do you address me in this way. Then he raised his voice, took the engine key and said, you yell at me like that, I'll tell you. He got his license, I said I'm getting the motorcycle documents and I'm coming again".

When he went to get the motorcycle documents, he did not find the policeman. He asked the patrols at the police station and neither license was found nor was the policeman identified.

"I came after 30 minutes, I asked a patrol and he said we didn't get it. I don't know now who took it. The police were reading and wearing a jacket with chains.

For weeks, Armando has been doing his research and risks losing his job as he delivers orders by motorbike.

The whistleblower: I'll say it all over again! I work in a pizzeria, I took an order to the store, this policeman comes and tells me "get the engine out of there" and I said "wait a minute, I'm leaving". 

Employee: Out of anger, she says "give me the documents", as we are used to. 

Reporter: Agreed! Get your license! I'm going to get the documents and I'm coming. When I came I couldn't find it. I asked a patrol, Jo said, I didn't take it. 

Employee: You didn't see the policeman, what was he wearing?

Reporter: Like this one, which is at the door, just a jacket with a zip. 

Employee: Well, he's an officer then. Not in a red, yellow or blue vest?

Informant: No, with a vest. Only with a jacket! 

Employee: Now we are not finding it, we are asking, you will find it. What can I say?!

Employee 2: That they take from you and stop you and you don't ask, remember, who it is! Police, there are 400 people here. 

"Stop" communicated with the spokeswoman of the Elbasan Local Police Directorate and in less than 24 hours the license was found and they called her to go and get it.

"After reporting my problem to you, in less than 24 hours I received a call to come back to get my license here.

I got my license again and I can continue my job. Thank you as Stop for solving my problem. They didn't give me any explanation about the police, but I think everything is ok, in order, there is no further concern," he said.
