The session at the Court of Administrative Appeals has ended, where it will be decided on the fate of the Democratic Party, to whom the party will belong, the group of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha or Enkelejd Alibeaj.
At the end of the session, the legal representative of the Alibeaj group, Indrit Sefa, requested the cancellation of the March 25 ban and the return of the case for trial.
On the other hand, the representative of the other party in this process, Ivi Kaso, stated that the request cannot be legitimized.
The judges have retired to the consultation room for the announcement of the decision.
Discussion:
Ivi Kaso: New arguments and new claims cannot be raised only 2 days before the decision.
Kthupi: Is the re-establishment commission functional? If not, when did it end?
Ivi Kaso: The colleague should read the Statute.
Sefa: How many members has the list extracted from the system, blue system?
Ivi Kaso: There is no claim for us to be in court. The party itself said that we were neither party nor part of the process. There is no debate, when they are neither party nor part of the process.
Sefa: Who was the initiator group that gathered the firms?
Judge Kalaja: These are grounds for appeal.
Sefa: We request the annulment of the decision of 25.3 and a return for trial
Kaso: We request and appreciate that the party is not legitimized and is not a representative of a party to appeal. We want rejection of the complaint. We request the dismissal of the appeal. If it was not overthrown, it would be the worst omen of the court regarding political parties
Kaso: This would legitimize that anyone dissatisfied with the political parties, illegitimate enough with a request and thus would delay any act.
