The trial in the Appeal for the seal of the Democratic Party begins

Sessions have started at the Court of Appeal, where the fate of the Democratic Party will be decided, whether the seal will belong to the group of Sali Berisha or that of Enkelejd Alibeaj.

Present at the session are the two defense lawyers representing Alibeaj, Indrit Sefa and Rezart Kthupi, and the representatives of Rithemelim, Ivi Kaso, Ledina Mandia and Oerd Bylylkbashi.

In the external premises of this institution, the increased presence of police forces was observed.

The increased police presence is not related to any possible reaction related to the judicial process, but to the fact of the protest announced by Sali Berisha.

Today, Sali Berisha has called a national protest, which will start at 12:00. His ally, the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, will join Berisha in the blue headquarters and then they will march towards the Prime Minister's building.
