A massive quarrel between two Albanian groups took place at the Umbria International Airport, in Perugia, Italy.

Italian media report that Albanians were waiting in line to check in at the airport, when they confronted each other, in the afternoon yesterday.

The quarrel has degraded into punches and kicks between Albanians, who were waiting to fly to Tirana.

Witnesses from the scene said that the quarrel started between two people, where one hit his compatriot, who fell to the ground, but that he continued to hit him with fists.

Subsequently, other persons were involved in the quarrel, while they intervened to separate some police officers. The other passengers filmed everything and called the ambulance, which arrived to provide medical assistance to the two injured. Police have arrested eight people involved in the quarrel, where as reported by neighboring media, it is suspected that the cause was drug shopping.
