In the ongoing trial for the murder of ex-policeman Santiago Malko, the suspected author Leonard Duka , who was extradited from Belgium a few weeks ago, has denied involvement in this event.
"The prosecutor is biased, he accuses me of being the organizer of the murder of Santiago Malko. And I noticed that he will punish me... The prosecutor should not be corrupted by the country's criminals but do his duty. The prosecutor is trying to punish me without facts, without anything", said Duka.
Malko's mother broke down in tears leaving the session, while GJKKO announced that the trial will be postponed to October 24.
