Lorenc Kosta and Erjon Goxhara

Officer Erjon Goxhara, who turned himself in to the police today for wounding citizen Lorenc Kosta with 6 bullets, is suspected to have followed the latter on the day of the incident.

On the morning of that day, Goxhara had a meeting with his wife, with whom he had been arguing for several months about the relationship she had with the 45-year-old.

The investigators suspect that after this meeting, where it appears from the evidence gathered that the situation was not clarified, he went to the area where Kosta was and, as the security camera footage shows, followed him, approached him and shot him.

The serious event was recorded around 14:00 on Monday August 19 in the Paris Commune area.
