The High Judicial Council ( HJC ) has approved an electronic platform that enables the online submission of requests by voters voting outside Albania.

According to the decision dated March 6, 2025, Albanian citizens abroad will be able to send their requests for registration in the electoral process through the official email address  [email protected] .

The court will review and decide on these requests through the "Microsoft Teams" platform within 48 hours from the moment of registration in the electronic case management system.

The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana has been charged with the implementation of this decision.

The decision has been published on the official website of the Supreme Court of Kosovo and enters into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
