Alessio Xhelo, or "Titi", is the 40-year-old man who was arrested today in Fier, after being placed under house arrest and threatening the FNSH officer who was keeping him under surveillance.

Xhelo, also known as Astrit Hasani, is a highly wanted person in Greece, having escaped from a Greek prison in June 2019 by taking a policewoman hostage and being caught in Vlora with an unlicensed weapon in October 2019.

"Titi" has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a Greek and involved in 8 shootouts with the police in Greece, as well as in the rape of the wife of a foreign diplomat during the robbery of their home and in the kidnapping of a young man who he released after taking a lot of money from his family.

The Xhelos group operates in the Zografos area of ​​Athens.
