The escape of Elfat Salihi, a 29-year-old man who wounded Edis Reçaj with a firearm, an event that took place on April 19 in Shkodra, lasted only a few days. According to the police, the young man was arrested in a hotel in the "Mark Lula" neighborhood in the northern city. The event took place in the "Perash" neighborhood in Shkodra.

Police services have arrested and detained the suspected perpetrator of the event, citizen ES, 29 years old, resident in the neighborhood "Daniel Matlija", Shkodra.

This citizen is suspected that on 19.04.2022, in the Perash neighborhood, he wounded with a firearm, for weak motives, the citizen ER, 28 years old resident in the neighborhood "Partizani", Shkodra.

Following the actions, criminal proceedings were instituted at large, for the criminal offenses "Concealment of income" and "Failure to issue a tax coupon", citizen Gj. D., 59 years old, resident in Shkodra, the owner of the hotel in which the citizen ES was hiding Citizen D. Gj. has not performed the necessary procedures for registration and issuance of tax coupon for the service provided in the entity (hotel) it administered.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Shkodra Court of First Instance, for the criminal offenses of "Attempted Murder" and "Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition."
