It is about the firecrackers, Selami Lushkaj and Xenofon Bodo , while their accomplice, Alket Deda, has fallen into the hands of the police.

The case has been documented by the special prosecutor's office, since the prosecutor Vladimir Mara, in cooperation with the joint teams of the Italian police, have documented a series of episodes where two citizens who served as drug couriers were first arrested and then the operation continued leading to the arrest of Gëzim Çelaj and up to the chief of the Laç police station, Dritan Metaj.

The organizers of this traffic are Gëzim Çelaj, who was arrested in Kosovo and then extradited to Albania, and Arben Dalipaj from Vlonia, the man who is considered uncatchable at sea, due to his good dinghy driving skills.

Dalipaj, appears in the file under the pseudonym "Kapelja" and had communications with former officer Arlind Ismailukaj, now arrested. Arben Dalipaj is known as one of the most skilled skiers in the country.

The Guardia di Finanzia and the state police in the first operation "Flame at Sea" arrested 6 traffickers red-handed among them and two Ukrainians, but "Kapelja" was saved, who may have escaped by swimming or with one of the rafts, which can to have had the loaded drug.
