Former MP Jurgis Çyrbja is in the premises of the local police directorate of Durres, where he is expected to be transferred to Tirana tonight.

The former MP is suspected of being a user of sky and that he collaborated with characters of a criminal group in Durres.

After allegations of abuse of office and calling in the premises of SPAK, Cirbja decided to leave the MP's mandate.

Cirbja is also accused of abusing the task with firms that has in 4 cases over the ownership of nearly 25 thousand square meters of land in the Rrashbull area of Durres.

The investigation is related to the position of mortgage director in the city, a job he held until 2017 when he took his first term in parliament.
