The place of the crime in the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani

The journalist of the chronicle Klodiana Lala has revealed new details from the file of the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani in Elbasan, just four days before the elections of April 25, 2021, where the court gave today the security measures for the 8 members of the Police.

Two senior police officers, Albert Nushi and Nikollaq Palla, were placed under "house arrest". According to Klodiana Lala, Nushi and Palla were present at the time of the incident and did not take measures to prevent crime. Also, according to the journalist, they have given false testimony, giving various facts about the event.

"At the time of the murder, Palla and Nushi were deputy directors of the Elbasan Police and were present at the scene. The moment they arrived at the scene, the murder took place in their presence. It turns out that the two abused their duty because they did not take measures to prevent the murder, as well as gave false statements, giving different facts about the event.

Pjerin Xhuvani was part of a group of SP supporters. Dr. Xhuvani went to the defense of his friend, who according to the DP, was buying votes. It was the PD that informed the police, and at the moment of the police arrival, there was a clash with firearms, where Pjerin Xhuvani was killed. All persons involved were former military or former police officers.

The whole incident made a lot of noise about the fact that both the director of the State Police, but also the prosecutor, lied, saying that no materials were found at the scene, when in fact materials were found. The incident also caused a stir because it happened in the eyes of two deputy police directors, who failed to prevent the murder of Dr. Xhuvani. "It has not yet been determined who fired the first shot at the scene, " journalist Lala told News24.
