A victim from Covid-19 has been registered in our country, after several months without fatalities. Health authorities inform that a citizen from Tirana, 72 years old, unvaccinated, has passed away from Sars-Cov2.

In the last 24 hours, 90 new cases of Covid-19 have been registered, more specifically 59 in Tirana, by 5 citizens in Kavaja, Divjaka, Gramsh, by 3 citizens in Patos, Vlora, Kolonja, by 2 citizens in Durrës, Lushnje , by 1 citizen in Mirdita, Fier, Gjirokastra.

It is also learned that the battle with the virus has been won by 104 other patients in the last 24 hours. 

There are currently 1,825 active citizens with Covid19 nationwide. 17 patients are receiving treatment at COVID3 Hospital. 

Given the increase in the number of citizens affected by Covid19, the Ministry of Health again calls on citizens not to neglect anticovid vaccination, especially in this period of increasing contacts, due to movements during the summer season.
