37-year-old Gjergji Priftuli was arrested by the Police two days ago after the dinghy he was driving hit the young couple Agustin Sefa and his fiancee, Era Gj, while they were resting on a deckchair on the shore of Jala. The 31-year-old is in critical condition.

Sources for Vox News.al indicate that Priftuli was not in the dinghy at all, when it collided with the deckchair of the two young men. He fell during the rounds in the sea.

This rule was not followed by Gjergji Priftuli and after his fall into the sea, the dinghy continued speeding, colliding with the deck chair on the shore where the couple was resting.

31-year-old Agustin Sefa is in critical condition, where today he underwent a second operation at the Trauma hospital, after damaging his internal organs.
