It ended after 3 hours of hearings in the GJKKO for the "Metamorphosis" file.
The trial was accompanied by a debate between two prosecutors Arben Kraja and Altin Dumani with the defendants' lawyers.
According to legal defenders, after more than a year the Special Prosecution has admitted that the evidence collected from the deregulation of Sky ECC is not documents as they have claimed so far, but are wiretaps.
The case was held by the lawyers since the first day of the trial. The hearing this Tuesday was postponed for another day, due to an extended curfew.
As for "SKY ECC", the businessman Dove Gjoka through his lawyers has filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court, where he seeks invalidity of Sky communications.
The lawsuit has passed in the consultation room, while a date for its review by members of the Constitutional Court is expected to be set.
The persons under charge object to the way in which acts from SPAK made available by Belgian and French authorities have been withdrawn.
SPAK on the other hand requires the Constitutional Court to overturn the appeal by leaving in force the measures given by the GJKKO and the appeal of the GJKKO, which considers it legitimate evidence.
