The person you see in the photo is 70-year-old Rushan Selko, accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in the village of Piskupat, Pogradec.

The minor's family members have stated that they were very friendly with the suspected perpetrator and often stayed at each other's homes.

Among other things, they had no doubts that this event could happen since there were good relations between the two families.

They are waiting for justice to do its job as they appear in a very emotional state and express that they feel ashamed of the event that occurred.

The apartments of the suspected perpetrator and the minor are adjacent to each other and the family members allowed her to go to the store to help the suspected perpetrator's family.
