The decision to financially reward State Police employees engaged in local structures has come into effect, as an appreciation for the work and dedication shown during the tourist season .

According to the approved order, the officers will receive a reward of 30,000 (thirty thousand) lek.

"To reward police officers with police rank in local structures with the motivation "For the professional commitment and dedication shown in the successful management of the tourist season by guaranteeing public order and safety", in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) lekë", states the decision taken by Police Chief Ilir Proda.

According to the decision, the financial effects resulting from the implementation of this order are covered by the budget approved for 2025, for the " State Police " program.

ON THE REWARD OF EMPLOYEES IN THE LOCAL STATE POLICE STRUCTURES

In support of letter “ d ”, point 2, article 104, of law no. 82/2024, “ On the State Police, points 11, 12, of the Council of Ministers no. 4, dated 09.01.2025 “On the approval of the values ​​for each element of the gross monthly salary and the determination of the criteria and procedures for granting bonuses to state police employees ”, as well as letter of instruction no. 3785, dated 06.05.2025 “ On the implementation of the Procedures for proposals for granting bonuses ”

I order:

I. To reward police officers with police rank in local structures with the motivation "For the professional commitment and dedication shown in the successful management of the tourist season by guaranteeing public order and safety", in the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) lekë.

II. The human resources structure in local structures should draft reward orders along with the relevant report.

III. The heads of local structures in the State Police are charged with the immediate implementation of this order.

IV. The financial effects resulting from the implementation of this order are covered by the budget approved for 2025, for the " State Police " program.

V. The Finance Department and the Human Resources Department are charged with the implementation of this order.

This order takes effect immediately.
