The Tirana Court has decided not to accept the Prosecutor's Office's request for the seizure of around 20 assets, with an estimated value of around 50 million euros, belonging to businessmen Elman Abule and Kristian Boçi, as well as other persons associated with them.
According to information provided by journalist Elton Qyno, the decision was made a few days ago by Judge Altin Abdiu, who was reinstated in early June 2025 by decision of the Special Appeals Commission.
With this decision, Judge Abdiu has rejected the seizure of 20 commercial companies, shops, apartments and villas, assets registered in the names of Kristian Boçi, Elman Abule, Vladimir Avram, as well as four other persons related to these citizens.
