The pedagogue Malvina Tafçiu has stated that she wants to be a headscarf deputy in the Assembly, while she asserted that the Assembly needs a veiled woman.

Tafçiu said that it may be too early to talk about her projects.

"This does not mean that I have not considered and focused my attention in several directions, and one of those directions that has worried me extremely, given that I am and profiled in the education sector, undoubtedly has been and will be education remains, this and because of the very fact that education is one of the main pillars next to health," she said in an interview for Euronews Albania.
