"I saw the car that was following me", was shot 20 times

Marklen Haka's testimony did not serve the investigators to uncover the assassination attempt on him, which left him injured in the jaw.

According to Report TV, Haka said that he saw a car that was following him, but that he did not think he would shoot it.

He stated that he was shot from the front, at a moment when he had stopped the car and then the perpetrator quickly left the scene.

However, despite the testimony of Haka, according to sources, the investigative group suspects that this evidence is not true as from the expertise that was done at the scene there are suspicions that the perpetrator was standing and not in the car, however this is still was certified.

There were security cameras at the scene, but they did not dismantle the investigative team to understand how the incident happened and to go as far as the perpetrator.  

"I was traveling in a Volkswagen vehicle in the direction of Nikla. As soon as I walked a few meters on Nikla road I was shot by another vehicle for which I do not know the license plate and the type of vehicle. The vehicle followed me from behind and at one point "When I stopped, I was shot in the face, leaving him with a wound on his face. Then the car left the scene," Haka is said to have said.
Haka was shot yesterday with 20 bullets with an MP5 automatic weapon, while a bullet hit him in the jaw. He was taken to hospital by his friends, not waiting for the ambulance or police at the scene. He is out of danger for life, as the car he was traveling in was seized by the Police. So far no one was able to send in the perfect solution, which is not strange.

Marklen Haka, also known as Mariglen Haka, has been arrested several times but has managed to come out challenging the judiciary. On January 7 this year, during an action of RENEA forces in Fushë-Krujë, he was handcuffed together with two others for illegal weapons and cocaine in small doses for sale. On February 19, 2021, he was arrested at Xhamlliku in Tirana with a weapon, but he was released again. Hakaj was also arrested for a murder that took place in June 2011 in the area of ​​the former Blloku in Tirana, but was released due to lack of evidence.

Meanwhile in September 2019, volleys of bullets were fired from four guns in the direction of Haka's house. His aunt Shpresa Basha was killed in the assassination, while Marklen Haka managed to escape with a bullet in the arm. Haka is known for his friendship with Walter Bami, Durim Bami's brother, who transported him injured to the hospital in 2019.
