This is the alibi of Daniele Bedini, 32 years old, who is accused of deliberately killing the Albanian prostitute, Nevila Pjetri. She was found dead Sunday in the Parmignola River bed in Marinella, near Sarzana, killed by two pistol bullets to the head. A little further, a few hours later, the body of Camilla, a transit resident of Albiano Magra, was found. Currently, investigations are still ongoing to clarify whether there is a connection between the two murders. And chances are yes.

Alibi of the suspected perpetrator

Daniele Bedini is in La Spezia prison awaiting the assessment of the security measure, which is expected to be held tomorrow or Friday. After meeting his lawyer, he said that on the night of the murder he was in a bar with some friends and his dog and that he had stayed there until after midnight (Nevila's murder is suspected to have happened around 02:00 pm). Investigators are currently accusing Bedin of killing Nevila only, not Camilla, although the hypothesis is that they may be related to each other. There is no information about Bedin's lawyer that connects the 32-year-old with the second murder.

The Albanian woman was killed with two pistol bullets in the head, one in the front, and one behind the left ear. As for Camilla, the autopsy results have not been released yet. The suspicions are that she also died similarly, with pistol bullets. As for the time of the killings, the suspicions are that Nevila and Camilla were killed a few hours away from each other, although the transit body was found a few hours later. While it remains unclear whether the 35-year-old Albanian was killed at the place where she was found or elsewhere, Camilla is suspected to have been killed in her car. Her body was found not far from the vehicle, while blood stains and cartridges were found inside the car.

Investigations, victims' phones are required

In addition to the cartridges found in Camilla's Ford Fiesta and bloodstains, phone records are also being investigated. Nevila's cell phone turns out to have been turned on just before 02:00 (very shortly after death), while Camilla's's until morning. Both phones have disappeared along with some personal items and are currently being searched by authorities in the area where the two bodies were found. Bedin's phone is also being analyzed, to verify if he may have happened near the murder area.

Investigators suspect Camilla may have seen the scene, or may have known the person giving it to the car. This may have been the reason that may have led Bedin to commit a second murder within a few hours.
