Journalist Anduena Llabani spoke on "Now" about the theft at the Durrës Post Office and the investigations that have been opened against its former director.

Llabani emphasizes that the former director was seen as a person with problems in managing her duties, and was also known as a frequenter of casinos.

She adds that this issue may not be limited to the three people under arrest, but shows elements of a broader organizational scheme.

"This is a real broader scheme, that goes beyond these three women. I am interested in asking people who have some kind of influence in the city of Durrës and they saw this director as someone with problems in the way she managed her duties as the post office manager, but it is known to them that she was a frequenter of casinos.

So in my career I've seen videos like this where people enter with masks and steal, but I've never seen a director steal inside with her secretary.

So we have a change of actors in such events and of course, even more so, her statements given before the justice authorities that "no one is stopping me from doing this", show that behind her there are other people who seem to have some kind of power and some kind of attribute as a structured group rather than individual actions of either of them".

The journalist highlights that the former director's stance before investigative bodies is described as arrogant and fearless, which raises suspicions of the involvement of other people.

"She shows that she is not afraid, it is arrogance. The fact that she acts so openly and declares before the heads of the investigative bodies that "I have no problem and you do not stop me", shows that there are other more powerful people behind her. We do not know if she has done such a thing again", said Llabani.

In conclusion, the journalist said that the Durrës Prosecutor's Office is verifying whether there have been other similar or previously unreported cases.

"I know that it is being verified by the Durrës Prosecutor's Office to see if there have been other cases identified, or undeclared, or unreported by people. But it is something that this lady has done over the years, even in another profession," she said.
