The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, through a video message distributed on social networks, announced the discussions that will take place tomorrow in the Albanian Parliament, focusing on two main points.
Firstly, the ban on the construction process in every tourist area with the aim of eliminating the noise and concerns they bring to domestic and foreign tourists who have chosen to vacation in various destinations in our country and secondly, the ban on barriers that hinder or limit the free movement of vacationers towards the coastline. Balla stated that what municipalities should have done long ago will be done by the law, providing a final solution to these concerns.
" Tomorrow, the Albanian Parliament will discuss changes to the law "On Tourism", the goal is to stop the noise of concrete machinery and everything else related to construction during the tourist season, in tourist areas, a concern raised by many vacationers.
While municipalities did not do what they should have done themselves, now we will do it by law, meaning there will be no more construction processes near hotel structures, in all tourist areas during the tourist season.
Also, I want you to listen to this carefully because it is also a concern of vacationers related to the ease of access to the beach, while some of the beaches are operated by private entities. After the entry into force of this law, which we hope will be tomorrow, all entities that operate beach stations must guarantee free uninterrupted access and free movement of the public towards the seashore, along the coastline and between public beach spaces.
Listen carefully! It is prohibited to erect fences, walls, barriers or any other permanent or temporary physical obstacle that limits or impedes this access or movement.
"I believe that we give a final solution to the history of fences and walls on the beach by definitively banning them," Balla said in a video message published on his social networks.
