A 'grass house' is discovered in Fier. In the official announcement, the police of Fier informs that the owner of the 3-storey villa, EM alias Xh. G., 44 years old, a resident of Dërmënas, Fier, had adapted the 5 rooms of one floor, for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps that were supplied with illegal electricity connections.

As a result, the 44-year-old man was put in handcuffs and his assets are being investigated. OSHEE's accountant and electrician were also arrested for the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty".

In total, 181 narcotic plants were seized which were cultivated in pots that were found inside the premises fitted with lamps, dozens of lamps and other electrical equipment that were installed in the 5 premises of the apartment.

3 people have been arrested after converting a 3-storey villa into a 'grass house'. Erjon Marini alias Xhevair Gashi , Klajdi Gremi and Behar Fata have fallen into custody . 

Fier police announcement

Intensive controls by the Fier Police Station, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Fier DVP, in the field and in the homes where narcotic plants are suspected to be cultivated, using lamps.

As a result of controls, based on police intelligence, within the police operation coded "Villa", the Police discovered a villa adapted for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps.

The owner of the 3-story villa, who had adapted 5 rooms of one floor, for the cultivation of narcotic plants, by means of lamps that were supplied with illegal electricity connections, was arrested red-handed.

The accountant and the electrician of OSHEE were also put in handcuffs, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty". 181 narcotic plants which were grown in pots were seized inside the premises fitted with lamps, dozens of lamps and other electrical equipment that were installed in the 5 premises of the apartment.


Gjithashtu, u bë bllokimi i vilës 3-katëshe në ambientet e së cilës ishin kultivuar bimët narkotike. Në vijim të punës për goditjen e tentativave për kultivim të bimëve narkotike në ambiente të hapura e të mbyllura, si rezultat i kontrollit të imtësishëm të territorit, mbështetur në inteligjencën policore se në fshatin Dërmënas, në vilën e shtetasit E. M. kultivoheshin bimë narkotike, është organizuar dhe finalizuar nga Komisariati i Policisë Fier, në bashkëpunim me Seksionin për Hetimin e Narkotikëve të DVP Fier, operacioni policor i koduar “Vila”.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni, në përfundim të veprimeve të para hetimore u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasve:

- E. M. alias Xh. G., 44 vjeç, banues në Dërmënas, Fier, për veprat penale "Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve" dhe "Vjedhja e energjisë elektrike". Ky shtetas është pronari i vilës në të cilën Policia zbuloi 5 ambientet e përshtatura për kultivim të bimëve narkotike;

-K. G., 40 vjeç, banues në Fier, me detyrë faturist i OSHEE-së, për veprën penale "Shpërdorimi i detyrës”;

-BF, 47 years old, resident of Fier, working as an electrician of OSHEE, for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".
 Work continues to identify and capture other suspected persons involved in this criminal activity. In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, the property investigation against the owner of the villa continues, the EM citizens passed the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Fier Judicial District Court, for further actions.
