In these images, obtained exclusively by "Ora News", meat is seen that is visibly dark brown in color and is then processed to be turned into sausage.

Moldy meat, often thrown on the ground, becomes sausage dough by being placed in these partially cracked plastic buckets. Sources for the journalist of "Ora News", Alketa Çeku, inform that this sausage factory is located in Tirana. In addition to meat, there are also several types of moldy sausage in the crates.

The way this factory operates is both frightening and manipulative.

This is because moldy sausage and meat that is not kept in the refrigerator are ground and processed, then to give the idea of ​​fresh meat, coloring and many spices are added to the mixture. In these buckets, the moldy sausage and meat have completely changed color, just by the coloring. It is not known what other ingredients are added inside the sausage and meatballs, but these images are truly shocking.

Behind this scandal stands a factory owner, who, in order to increase profits, does not spare abuse and consumer health. But the biggest alarm is raised by the fact that the AKU inspectors have allowed this entity to continue its activity.
