The media have published the court file on prostitution by foreign girls in Tirana. Prices from 200 to 1000 euros. Finalizohet operacioni policor i koduar “Contact”, për goditjen e një rrjeti prostitucioni. Operacioni u zhvillua nga Seksioni për Hetimin e Trafiqeve të Paligjshme në DVP Tiranë, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë.

Vihet në pranga 1 shtetase kolumbiane, organizatore e rrjetit të prostitucionit, në Tiranë. Vihen në pranga edhe 6 shtetase të huaja që kishin ardhur në Shqipëri, për të ushtruar prostitucion.Procedohen penalisht 4 shtetas që i kishin dhënë me qira banesat e tyre, shtetaseve të huaja.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Trafiqeve të Paligjshme në DVP Tiranë, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë, në vijim të punës për goditjen e paligjshmërive, pas një pune të mirëfilltë hetimore, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Contact”.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni u bë arrestimi i shtetaseve: B. R., 30 vjeçe, shtetase kolumbiane, për veprën penale “Shfrytëzimi i prostitucionit”: L. P., 28 vjeçe, L. B., 23 vjeçe, Y. S., 28 vjeçe, D. B., 31 vjeçe, M. G., 21 vjeçe dhe L. B., 22 vjeçe, nga Spanja, Kolumbia, Venezuela dhe Rusia, për veprën penale “Prostitucioni”.

Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasja B. R. shfrytëzonte për prostitucion shtetaset e tjera të arrestuara, të cilat kishin ardhur nga vende të ndryshme, në Shqipëri, ishin akomoduar në banesa me qira, në zona të ndryshme të Tiranës dhe nëpërmjet një faqeje në internet, krijonin kontakte me njerëz të ndryshëm, për të ushtruar prostitucionin, kundrejt pagesave.

Following the actions, 4 citizens were criminally prosecuted, who had rented out, without declaring to the tax authorities, their apartments to the arrested citizens.

As material evidence, the passports of 7 arrested citizens were seized. Work continues to identify other persons involved in this criminal activity. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions./ VoxNews
