Journalist Spartak Koka says that the list published by Iranian hackers with suspected police officers does not belong to the MEMEX system of the Albanian Police, but is more like the Deep Sea system.
The journalist said in "Opinion" that if the hackers managed to get the MEMEX system and publish it on social networks, then the entire 25-year work of the State Police will be destroyed.
"In the event that MEMEX is published, I hope that it is not published and that there was no access, it falls to the entire police organization for 25 years of criminal work to be brought down and everything to be made public. And here the first ones who will be harmed are the informants, the second will be the police specialists who, forced by the daily operational work they do, have given information and we know in quite a few cases when the information inside the police has been debunked the collision, there was revenge against these people who gave him".
The journalist also showed when the MEMEX system started operating for the first time.
"The information management system was put in place for the first time, MEMEX, in 2008 from March 23 and since then there have been constant updates, but the structure of the system has not changed. Only by accessing this system, it creates the typical profiling of the person", said Koka.
Journalist Spartak Koka pointed out that in the lists that came out today there are also people who do not have a criminal record, but they are also the accusers or the accused.
While journalist Artan Hoxha said that the list of suspected persons in Albania that was published today by Iranian hackers, it is not known exactly if the MEMEX system of the State Police.
Hoxha said that this list is not manipulated, but it is data from 2010 onwards.
"In that link, there was also the problem that if you enter, they can hack you too. Fear takes its toll. The problem from what I saw with that information, it is data which the doubt that has been said from the beginning, is it from MEMEX or not, of course MEMEX has other more detailed data. We don't know exactly what the level is... That she's not rigged, forget it. The TIMS system has a similar rubric of suspected persons. There is a special column, that at a certain moment when these data were kept, these data are from 2010 and back, the doubt is the fact that still according to them these data were received from MEMEX".
Artan Hoxha also shows what the police MEMEX system is.
"MEMEX is the digital file of the State Police. It is an internal network of the police where there is information about suspected persons and from time to time the police officers throw new information that comes in, overlap it. You can't get in there easily, everyone who enters leaves a mark".
But journalist Artan Hoxha raises the alarm that Iranian hackers have also entered the servers of the Central Bank of Albania.
"The first day when the data that the servers were hacked was presented, I don't know why there was no comment, but in a video I saw the servers of the official Albanian institutions that were hit by Iranian hackers. Among them in that video are the main institutions, but among others is the bank register of the Central Bank of Albania. They have released a list of servers that they claim have been attacked. And in that list are listed some of the servers. We don't know what they got."
