Today at 12:00, the opposition protest is expected in the city of Shkodra, the third in a row for civil disobedience. It was the leader of the democrats, Sali Berisha, who announced that this time the action of the right would be moved to the northern city. As he called on the citizens to join the revolt, he said that this will be a march against crime. He stopped at the assassination attempt with 3 victims in Dobraç, Shkodra, where among them is a completely innocent citizen.

"As a sign of solidarity with the citizens of Shkodra, I invite all the opposition, wherever they are, on Saturday at 12:00 in Shkodra, solidarity with the citizens of this country, with this blessed citizen, as evidence that we will never accept that the crime to defeat Shkodra and the people of Shkodra. In this protest, civil disobedience, we say no to the violence of Edi Rama's mafia. This civil disobedience should be called in Tirana, but I would like to express all our solidarity closely to the citizens of Shkodra", declared Berisha.

We remind you that the first protest in the framework of civil disobedience started after the arrest of former MP Ervin Salianji. For the democrats, the decision to suspend him for 1 year was entirely political.

The second protest came in the form of a blockade in several cities of the country, including Tirana. This rally also followed the arrest of one of the most important exponents of the opposition, former President Ilir Meta and at the same time the chairman of the Freedom Party.

Both previous protests lasted 3 hours. The one on October 7 registered more tensions, where protesters threw Molotov cocktails at institutions and had several clashes with the Police. Whereas, the blocking of 6 national axes turned out to be relatively more peaceful as an act.
