Journalist Merin Maçi has stated that the possibility is not ruled out by the investigative group that Ibrahim Lici was the third person who was in the car with the victims of the assassination attempt in Shkodër, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati.

The journalist said that the Police are still confused about the identity of the third person in the car, as there were indications that Ibrahim Lici was in Turkey.

He also said that if it is proven that Ibrahim Lici was in the car with the victims, this will also change the course of the investigation, since according to him, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were people who had no problems in the city and moved freely.

"Investigations have stopped at a point of interest. There is a puzzle as to the identity of the third person who is suspected to have been in the car of the two victims who were left in that event, Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati. The images have also gone viral in some media where a person appears very close to the victims, but his identity has not been made known yet.

From the information that I have provided to the investigative group, the possibility is not excluded that this person may also be Hamza's brother, Ibrahim Lici, a person who is wanted by Albanian justice and whose location is suspected to be in Turkey.
